Your health is important, and it’s a priority at Miller’s Services. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance with added perks. We pay $300 per month towards monthly premiums, and we pay an additional $400 per month for any plan that includes a child. We want to make sure that our employees and their families have access to quality healthcare so they can feel their best and perform their best on the job. And we don't stop there. We also provide life insurance that covers 100% of a policy equivalent to 1x the employee's yearly salary, at no cost to the employee. We are a family-owned and operated company, founded in 1973. Over the years, we have established ourselves as a market leader, offering full septic, plumbing, drain cleaning, heating, cooling, and electrical services. Our primary service area includes the Middle Peninsula, Northern Neck, Peninsula, Richmond, and surrounding counties, Hampton Roads, and the Southside.
